SPRING 2026
In this issue you will find reports on the Lent workshop on 7 March led by Siobhán, and how your gifts at December's Toy Service were used by the Salvation Army.There are features on Marion Woodward, highlighting her career as a garden designer and work with the Surrey Gardens Trust, and on former BURC minister and hymn writer Caryl Micklem, writer of the well-known hymn “Give to me Lord a Thankful Heart", contributed by Roy Jordan.The series on local churches concludes with the history of Dorking URC, and a new series begins on the churches of the “Banstead 5,” starting with St Paul’s, Nork.Cliff gives us an updated history of Banstead's organs and organists, and your “desert island” choices of books, music, and luxuries are shared throughout the issue, along with, of course, much more....

AUTUMN 2025
We have been a member of the North Downs Surrey Pastorate for a year now, and in this edition we learn the history of one of our partner churches, Reigate Park. Celia Glew is the subject of the popular "Know Your Church Member" feature, while other members share what they have been reading over the summer and Roy Jordan has contributed a fascinating article about the life and work of that great theologian, musician and physician, Albert Schweitzer.
